I am so excited about this new book! It's the first book in my fantasy series, and it's been revised and updated so that the stakes are even higher. In this fantasy series, the gods of Finland, and the goddesses too, like Uta and Ukko, come to life. Like the gods that bear their names, these gods are likewise powerful individuals who can overcome tremendous odds, but they are also living, breathing characters that have flaws and needs like normal people. As well as the gods and goddesses, Cato also struggles to find his destiny. He's cursed to be a lion every night, but his destiny goes far beyond the fate of wild animals. Inside this cursed man is a heart of gold, determined to break the spell that leaves his people exiled to the Forbidden Forest, where they can turn to lions at night without causing panic among the farmers who work their fields beyond the Forbidden Forest.
